SMS Program Compliance
This page explains how Grunge Pallets collects consent for operational SMS and verification SMS. It exists so reviewers can verify the live program details without logging into the customer portal.
How Consent Works
- Operational SMS opt-in occurs only inside the authenticated customer portal.
- Users enable the toggle labeled Operational SMS updates in portal settings.
- Users then verify the phone number by requesting and entering a one-time verification code.
- Public contact, quote, and signup forms collect a phone number for account and follow-up purposes, but those pages do not themselves enroll a user in SMS.
- Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for support.
