Grunge Pallets offers an optional SMS program for operational notifications. You opt in by checking the SMS consent box when you create a Grunge Pallets account. After opting in, you may receive text messages related to order updates, pickup and delivery scheduling, delivery confirmations, and other operational notifications about your account. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of creating an account or using our services. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

Opt-Out and Help

You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS updates but may still receive email or phone communications as part of your service agreement. For help, reply HELP to any message or contact us using the details below.

Message frequency will vary depending on your service requests and account activity. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier's plan.

Grunge Pallets provides pallet supply, pickup, logistics coordination, and customer portal access for approved business customers.

2. Portal Access and Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activities under your account. Access may be limited, suspended, or revoked for misuse or unauthorized activity.

3. Orders and Availability

Orders submitted through the portal are requests for service. Product availability, delivery windows, and final fulfillment are subject to confirmation by Grunge Pallets.

4. Pricing and Payment

Pricing shown in the portal may be estimated for certain services (including custom products, pickup charges, and delivery fees). Final pricing is confirmed by our team before completion.

5. Prohibited Use

• Unauthorized access attempts or credential sharing
• Submitting fraudulent orders or false account information
• Interfering with platform reliability, security, or availability

By using our services, you agree to receive transactional communications related to your account and orders via email and portal notifications, and—if you have opted in—via SMS as described above.
