Frequently Asked Questions

The questions we hear most from Metro Atlanta pallet buyers, answered in a few lines each. If yours is not here, ask us and we will answer it for your own site and stock.

Do you deliver?

Same-week delivery is standard across Metro Atlanta and West Georgia. Dedicated runs make sense from around fifty pallets; smaller drops get combined with another run in your area, or you can collect from our Winston yard.

What's the difference between Grade A and Grade B?

Condition. Grade A: clean boards, square corners, nothing missing or patched. Grade B has been in service and shows it: scuffing, staining, mismatched board color, but nothing structural, and a repair is not a defect. Grade A costs more; the useful question is whether that condition is doing work for you.

Are your pallets rated for a certain weight?

A, B and C are condition grades in the used pallet trade, not tested classes, so we don't publish weight figures against them. Tell us the weight and how it will be handled and we'll talk it through before you order.

Do you have heat treated pallets?

Yes, held at 56°C (133°F) for 30 minutes at the core. Treatment is separate from condition. If you are shipping internationally, tell us before you order and we will confirm exactly what the stock carries.

Can you build custom sizes?

Yes, where a standard footprint doesn't fit, we build to your dimensions.

Still have a question?
