Pallets for Manufacturing Plants
Manufacturing sites break more pallets than distribution sites do, and they are more likely to need a size nobody stocks. Both are normal for us. Grunge Pallets supplies plants along the I-20 West corridor from a yard in Winston, and collects what comes back damaged.
Sizes that match the product, not the catalog
Finished goods rarely fit a 48x40 by accident. Custom pallets are cut to the footprint you give us, in the deck and stringer arrangement your line needs, and delivered on a standing schedule so the packing line is never waiting on wood. For standard footprints, Grade A and Grade B pallets are on the yard.
Broken pallets are a stream, not a mess
Plants that unload heavy inbound material end up with a pile of split decks and snapped stringers. That pile is what pallet removal is for: a scheduled pickup, or a drop trailer on the yard for sites that fill one. Removal is priced per site and what comes back is repaired or recycled; nothing needs sorting on your side.
Typical arrangement
A weekly or every-two-weeks delivery of the sizes you use, the same truck taking away the broken stock, and a quote that lists both lines so purchasing sees one number. Plants with a seasonal peak add a second run in season rather than carrying extra stock.
Where we run
The yard is at 1925 Jason Industrial Parkway, Winston, GA. Closest plants: Douglasville, Villa Rica, Carrollton, Hiram, Lithia Springs. Same-week delivery and pickup across the rest of Metro Atlanta and West Georgia; see the service areas page.
Frequently asked questions
Can you make a pallet to our drawing?
Yes. Send the footprint, the deck spacing you need and roughly how many per month, and the quote comes back with a lead time.
Do you take broken pallets?
Yes. Broken and mixed pallets are collected as paid removal, on a schedule or by drop trailer.
Tell us roughly how many pallets you need or need gone, and where you are, and we will come back with a number.
