Empty pallets take up space you are paying for. We collect them on a schedule that suits your dock, repair what can be repaired and recycle most of the rest.
What a collection costs
It depends on the site, the volume and the condition of what comes back, so we price it per customer. Tell us what you have and where you are and we will give you a number.

How collections are scheduled
Collections are usually set to a standing schedule, weekly, fortnightly or monthly, because pallet accumulation is predictable once you have watched it for a month. Same-week service is available across Metro Atlanta and West Georgia for one-off clearances.
We work to your receiving hours. If your dock is busiest first thing, we come later; if you would rather we came before a shift starts, we can do that instead.
Drop trailers for continuous clearance
High-throughput sites generate empties faster than a scheduled collection can clear them. For those, we place a 53ft drop trailer on your yard holding up to 600 pallets and swap it when it fills, so your team loads empties as they appear rather than stacking them somewhere and waiting.
Sites that both consume and discard pallets at volume often run pallet supply and removal on the same trailer schedule, which is set out alongside the stock we deliver and works out simpler than managing two arrangements.
Where we collect
Collections run across the same region as our deliveries. The largest volumes come out of the warehouse districts covered by our Atlanta pallet removal area, and the shortest runs we make are in Douglas County, where the Douglasville pickup service can often be fitted around an existing delivery the same week.
Manufacturing sites break more pallets than distribution sites do, which is why the Marietta collection area and the Carrollton pickup route see a high proportion of damaged stock coming back. The same is true across Coweta County through our Newnan removal service.
Distribution-led areas accumulate one-way pallets arriving with inbound freight instead. That is the pattern behind the Kennesaw collection route, the Lawrenceville pickup area and the inbound component freight cleared through our Peachtree City removal service.
