Grade is the first thing that moves it

Grade A costs more than Grade B. That is the whole of the difference in one sentence, and the useful question is not which grade is better but whether the condition is doing work for you.

Our Grade A pallets have clean boards, square corners, no splits, nothing missing and nothing patched. Our Grade B pallets have been in service and show it: scuffing along the stringers, discoloration from sitting outside, boards that no longer match each other in color. None of that is damage, and it is why the same footprint costs less.

What is not acceptable in either grade is anything structural. No cracked stringers, no boards missing, no deck that rocks when it is loaded, no protruding fasteners. That line does not move with the price.

A grade is not a load rating, so a price is not a spec

A, B and C are condition grades in the used pallet trade, not tested classes, so we publish no weight figures against them. If you are racking a load or moving heavy product, tell us the weight and how it will be handled and we will talk it through before you order rather than pointing you at a number on a page.

Quantity, and the fifty-pallet line

There is no hard minimum order, but around fifty pallets is the point where a dedicated delivery starts to make economic sense. Below that we will usually look at combining your drop with another in your area, or arranging collection from our yard in Winston.

Where it is going, and when

Same-week delivery is standard across Metro Atlanta and West Georgia. Where you sit inside that footprint affects what a dedicated run costs to make, which is why a delivery address is one of the first things we ask for. The areas we cover are listed on the service areas page.

Standard footprint or custom build

Nearly everything we move is the standard GMA 48x40 footprint, which is the cheapest pallet to buy and the easiest to replace. A custom size is worth paying for only when the standard one is actively costing you something.

Collections are priced separately

Everything above is about buying pallets. Clearing them off your site is a paid service priced on its own terms, and what moves that number is a different list. It is set out on what pallet pickup costs.

What to send us for a firm number

The quote form asks for exactly what a price is built from: the grade or product, an estimated quantity, a delivery location and a date you need them by. Send those four in one go and you get a number back rather than a phone call asking for the rest of it.
