  1. Put Grade B where nobody sees it.

Grade B pallets show moderate wear but stay fully functional: right for storage and moves inside your building. Save Grade A for loads your customers see.

  2. Reuse your good 48x40s first.

Standard-size pallets in good condition can carry your outbound loads or sit in storage before you buy new ones.

  3. Standardize where you can.

A common size like 48x40 is easier to source and reuse than an odd one.

  4. Order before you run low.

Last-minute orders narrow your choices. A set schedule means stock arrives the week you need it; stock pallets are delivered the same week across Metro Atlanta.

  5. Keep pallets dry and off the ground.

Wet pallets can mold, and a moldy pallet can get a load turned away at the receiving dock.

  6. Clear broken pallets before they eat floor space.

Broken and odd-size pallets pile up; a scheduled pickup keeps the dock clear. Pickup is a paid service, quoted before we come.

  7. Spec custom pallets right the first time.

Give the outside size, roughly what the load weighs, how it's lifted (two-way or four-way entry) and how many. Custom builds take one to two weeks, so plan ahead.
